To help make sure you do not, when you turn in your final be prepared to show your student ID. We will then compare your ID to your scantron, but if we miss an error you will still be penalized.

Announcements

The spreadsheet containing your grades should not be viewed before Tuesday PM or Wednesday AM. As we enter the paper and exam grades the numbers are meaningless.

We are processing and double-checking the paper and Exam 3 grades.

On Wednesday morning (or late Tuesday evening) please go to the Excel spreadsheet and write down or print all the grades we have recorded for you. In Wednesday’s class we will hand you back a folder containing all your tests, papers, homeworks, cheat sheets, and the like. During this class you may check to make sure the grades we have recorded for you are consistent with what is in the folder. Once you leave this class you cannot bring your folder back to us claiming the grades are incorrect.

By Wednesday, this spreadsheet will calculate your final grade if you do not take the final.

Attendance will be taken today and Monday but not after.

Homework 16 is due the beginning of class on April 9

For now on, your attendance grade will not only depend on whether you are present in class, but your manners in class. You get a 100 for each day you are present, become silent immediately when a student begins class, remain silent in the transition between that student and me, and do not begin packing your books until I have released class or the time is 1:20. If you do not do this, I will reduce your attendance grade from a 100 to whatever I feel appropriate. Sorry, but we need a little more discipline.

On the next homework I will have you use a Google search within the OSU website to find out when the final exam for each class is held.
